Terms & Conditions
We feel it is important that you can check your order and the products received. You have a right to return ordered products within 14 days of receiving the order. The right to return your order also applies to discount products. Please note that the right to return or change your order does not apply to textiles cut to measure.

CHANGE & RETURN
The changed and returned products must be unused and in the original packaging and include all parts sent in the order. You have a right to change or return ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order.
Consumers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the order. Cancellation right doesn’t include textiles that are cut to size. If you have ordered clothes, you can change the clothing once for free to the same product in a different variation or a different product with the same price. This right only applies to Finland. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges/returns made outside Finland. Please contact us before the exchange to ensure the stock levels for the products in question via email shop(a)yozendesign.com.
To make the return/change, attach the Return Form included in the original delivery or write a free form note with your order number and the information about do you wish to return or change the products. Once we have received and checked the returned products we will send the replacing products or compensate for the original products.
In Finland you can return/change products using Matkahuolto and the customer returns service. Dispatch in Finland is free of charge to customers, but we charge 4.50€ as a return cost. If the new total of the order is less than 50€ after the return, we also deduct the original shipping cost (4,50€) from the return amount. Please Note, we do not reimburse for shipping costs that were not delivered using our return code. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

RECLAMATIONS
If there is a fault in the products or a problem with the delivery, please contact us without delay at our customer service shop(a)yozendesign.com or +358 40 6652 052 (mon-fri 9-15). Please mention you order number when contacting us.
PAYMENTS
Prices in the web shop are stated in euros and include Finnish VAT 25,5%. We reserve the right to change the prices.
You can pay your order via Paypal or Visma Pay.
Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.
OP Lasku: A flexible invoice payment method. OP Lasku serves all Finnish banks’ customers. Suitable for online purchases of up to 5000 € with an interest-free payment term of 45 days. The instalment option adds flexibility to purchases. Your purchases are visible in one place so you can easily keep track of them. Invoices are sent to you by email. Alisa Invoice is a flexible and safe payment method. The payment method is suitable for all consumers over the age of 20 for all types of purchases. ORDERS
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your order. YO ZEN reserves the right not to deliver in case of any misconception with our stock level at the time of receiving your order. Incase we’re unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the order confirmation; we will contact you and give you the opportunity to replace or cancel the order.
All items remain the property of YO ZEN Oy until full payment is received.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Orders are sent in via Matkahuolto. YO ZEN cannot be held responsible for missing packages. We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days after the order confirmation, excluding Finnish holidays and weekends. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any possible import customs and taxes. When ordering from outside of Finland, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
We reserve the right to change the prices for delivery.
Delivery charges vary depending on shipping country. Check the current shipping charges at the checkout. Orders above 50€ have free delivery in Finland. We ship all orders as a letter if possible. Even if you have chosen another shipping method, we will ship the order as a letter, if possible.
Delivery costs are not returned upon returning the product. If the total of the order is less than 50€ after the return, we also deduct the original shipping cost (4,50€) from the return amount. Please Note, we do not reimburse for shipping costs that were not delivered using our return code.
LAW & JURISDICTIONS
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.
